The Next Step Program - Building ConfidenceLondon N18 May 07 For young mums and mums to be Very illuminating, like the exercises on self esteem. I thought it was very true and to life. I could relate to it. Very helpful. The sessions were very informative and I could relate to what was being said. I particularly liked listening to the talk and getting questions answered, also how to deal with my feelings. I don’t think I know my feelings most of the time and I would like to attend another session’ Life Skills Coaching, Radionmarathon, Enfield EN1 (Special Needs Group). Feb 2007
