Personal Coaching is a way of helping you focus on life problems that are stopping you from reaching your goals. It is not therapy, which means we will not focus on your childhood to heal today's problems. This also means that very painful and difficult emotional issues cannot be worked on in coaching.

However, what coaching can offer you is an opportunity to tackle problems in your relationships and personal life experiences. For  example, you may want to work on:

Your coach will help you identify what is causing the blockages by identifying your limiting beliefs and through cognitive and behaviroural change exercises help you reach your goals. Your coach will work with you to break the cycle of unsatisfying or unhealthy relationships. You will learn how to be prepare and be equipped to make better relationship choices!
